The $299 is waived for any year your club processes at least $15K in registrations through GoalKickr's payment processor (Stripe). Big clubs effectively run free; small clubs paying the $299 get every feature unlocked from day one.

How we make money
Honest about the spread.
Card payments cost roughly 2.9% + 30¢. We surcharge a small percentage on top to keep the platform running. The total is competitive with what your bank or league processor would charge, and it's transparent at checkout. No setup fees, no per-transaction fees beyond the processing spread, no minimums.

Club FAQ
How is GoalKickr different from TeamSnap or Ollie?
TeamSnap charges per team — a 10-team club pays $120+/month minimum. We charge one flat club fee ($299/yr, waived at $15K+/yr in processed payments). Built by an active head coach who codes, not by a tech company that contracts soccer consultants.
Can we onboard families from our existing system?
Yes. Import rosters from .ics calendars, GotSoccer exports, CSV, or paste-in lists. Families get a branded invite link in their inbox; they sign in once and claim their player.
Do we control our payment processor?
All clubs use GoalKickr's built-in Stripe payments. Fastest setup, lowest friction, transparent fees at checkout — no separate merchant account to open, no certification process, no setup with your bank.
How do permissions work across our staff?
Scoped admin grants. You can give a treasurer financials-only access, an age-group coordinator just their division, a registrar just registration management. Each staff member sees only the scope you grant.
Does the $15K waiver renew every year?
Yes. The waiver is reconciled at each annual renewal. If your club processed $15K+ in registrations through GoalKickr that year, the renewal charge is refunded as account credit within 30 days.
